5.11 TACTICAL is a general activewear military styled brand that will have you feel like you're prepared for any situtation, because you're a badass that has trained themselves to speedily react under any circumstance and setting systematically and efficiently. 5.11 TACTICAL clothing gear in general has a bit more better quality than the average standard activewear from the bigger brands - they're more geared towards the harsher styles of workout instead of the casual run on the treadmill that most of us un-soldierlike folks do. We really want to try out the tactile vest just because it looks so cool and we want to feel like one of the police authorities in criminal minds. This maybe also has a positive psychological effect in that you can wear this to motivate and remind yourself that you must focus on your goal with a burning intensity like how a soldier must complete his mission regardless of the circumstances. Overall, we would recommend this brand for you, if you hold a deep admiration the military and want to emulate that type of disciplined lifestyle or intense workout style that get soldiers to become walking unstoppable machines, or maybe if you want something that'll give you a more serious and tougher overall look - although we ask you to not consider using clothes as the solution for your confidence or others' respect, consider a meditation or a self-help class instead.

5.11 Tactical® began developing a more extensive law enforcement line in 2003. Our designers work together with public safety professionals to create gear that meets the needs of real people in the field. In 2012, we rose to the challenge of redesigning our women’s collection to create better fitting and higher performing options. Our women’s category has grown to include premium uniforms, covert clothing, fitness apparel and more.
